Every day the barn where the milk cows sleep needs to be scraped out so that they are kept nice and clean. This chore has been one of my jobs for months now, so I consider myself fairly proficient at this point in driving the skidsteer (if you recall, I learned a very important lesson in November about being aware of your surroundings while driving the skidsteer).
This week I learned how to drive a slightly larger vehicle!
Among other things, the tractor is better for driving around in the fields without getting stuck in the mud. Which is very useful when you are cleaning up the brush along the tree line in order to build a new fence. We piled all that brush and scrap wood up high!
Unfortunately, I missed the part where the brush pile was lit on fire…
